Shipping Policy
The PC Room offers free shipping for all laptops shipped to Ontario or Quebec. For all other provinces, we charge a flat rate per item that varies depending on the category of products (laptop, monitor, desktop, etc...).
Please allow 2 business days from the date of your order for the product to ship. *In the event that the product you purchased is unavailable, we will contact you within 48 business hours.
Return Policy
Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be subject to the following restocking fees:
Un-Opened: 0% + Shipping fees
Opened/Unused: 10% + Shipping fees
Opened/Used: 15% + Shipping fees
Must be unassembled and still in the original packaging. All returned products must include original packaging.
